Paying (Paypal OR BACS)

Sadly utilizing any other payment method is so costly that there is no reason to even think about those. You can only pay with Paypal or direct bank/wire transfer. Cash is also acceptable, but only with pick up’s. 

Delivery

Products are shipped usually 1 to 5 working days (in stock) and delivery takes 1 to 3 days (Finland nad Sweden). If ordered item is out of stock we will inform via email and confirm if we can use back order. We get new products in 2 weeks from our supplier. We use Finish (Posti) or Swedish (PostNord) national post as our carrier. We only ship as a package/parcel as it’s the only way to track the shipments. You will automatically get the tracking number after we have shipped your item. we charge shipping in both ways for packages that are uncollected and returned packages to us. So please collect your package in time! You can track your package in Posti’s or in PostNord’s site, depending which one we have used for shipping our package. Posti PostNord

Pick Up’s

You can also pick up items from Tornio and Haparanda city centers and maybe you can meet the hero behind all this at the same time. Time and place has to be arranged in good time. We accept cash only on pick up’s and You should reserve money as close as possible to final amount. We don’t carry much change. In weekdays between 7am-3pm pickups usually won’t do as we go for daily work like almost every one else. If You entered any wrong details to your order such as shipping address when purchasing, we require notification by email (info@lokoverkkaritalli .com) in four (4) hours from purchasing.

Return and change / Damaged in the shipping process

In any such case please contact us first at info@lokoverkkaritalli.com Even tho this is consumer to consumer business we will give you 14 days right to change and return of the products with conditions follow:

  1. Item is delivered via mailorder to private customer for private use. Picked up products don’t have any return rights if it hasn’t agreed separately.
  2. Item has to be undamaged and unused.
  3. You have to ask for the return via email before you return.
  4. Add your order number and your name on paper and add it to the package and pack item as good as you can.
  5. Shipping costs caused by return / change you have to pay yourself.
  6. You have to inform your bank details via email for possible refund

Damaged in the shipping process

  • If the item received has been harmed during shipping, the you are right for a new product, picture of broken item and packaging is required.
  • Every case is handled individually
  • We will refund you full order amount including shipping, if we find it necessary.

Did you get the wrong product?

No worries if you got a wrong products. Just inform us with email as soon as possible. We’ll see what we can do about it. Remember to mention your order number so we can connect you with the order. Naturally in such case there will be no extra costs for you.
